Every step of my career has shaped how I write code, solve problems, and think about products—from learning the value of pixel-perfection in agencies, to leading native migrations as a solo architect, to scaling mobile app downloads in cybersecurity.

Senior Flutter Developer
Took full solo ownership of the cybersecurity and VPN firewall mobile products, stabilizing crash-heavy codebases and implementing critical in-app purchase flow integrations.
- Stabilized & Rebuilt HEROIC Guardian: Rebuilt an unstable cybersecurity app into a stable, production-ready Flutter product by cleaning up the architecture, moving scattered UI logic to Clean Architecture and BLoC/Cubit, and implementing secure in-app purchases (IAP) and 2FA.
- Redesigned & Optimized InternetGuard: Maintained and optimized the production Android VPN firewall app serving 1M to 1.5 million downloads, introducing dark mode and localization support, and successfully slashing crashes and ANR (App Not Responding) metrics to near zero.
- Drove User Acquisition for HEROIC Guardian & InternetGuard VPN: When standard App Store Optimization (ASO) failed to gain traction, I engineered a custom in-app cross-promotion campaign inside our VPN firewall app to cross-promote our products. This successfully routed traffic and scaled downloads for our apps from a baseline of 200 to 10,000+ and steadily increasing.
The Reality & Motivation: Cybersecurity was a completely new domain for me. I was motivated by the sheer challenge of stabilizing a highly unstable codebase and taking end-to-end product ownership. This role taught me to think like a product owner rather than just a developer—requiring me to pass daily/weekly reports, reply directly to user reviews, and study user behavior psychology.
Senior Flutter Developer
Led the native-to-Flutter migration of core mobile applications and single-handedly architected and delivered a custom SSO (Single Sign-On) SDK serving a 10M+ user ecosystem.
- Hello Address Native-to-Flutter Migration: Led the native-to-Flutter migration of the flagship real estate application, stabilizing the app for 1 lakh (100,000) active users, and introducing Riverpod state management, secure token refresh logic, and navigation flow cleanup.
- Architected Manorama SSO SDK: Developed a secure, configuration-driven authentication SDK in Flutter, facilitating unified login for a 10M+ user ecosystem.
- BuddyGuru Social Content App: Enhanced the platform by optimizing video preview/loading performance, resolving critical playback bugs, and integrating IAP to support content monetization and community engagement.
- Manorama Events Ticket Scanner: Designed and built a high-speed custom event scanning and ticket validation utility.
The Reality & Motivation: I was the only Flutter developer in the company and had to build everything alone, all while managing my health and going through dialysis. The CEO, Mohan Thomas, was a massive inspiration to me. He worked incredibly hard, checked on my roadblocks, and supported my health schedule. This taught me that there are no shortcuts to success; doing everything alone built deep pride, resilience, and complete release ownership.
Flutter Developer
Collaborated within an agile team utilizing professional Git workflows to build and deploy hospital booking applications, salon tools, and B2B/C2C e-commerce products.
- Healthcare Booking & Scheduling (Unidoc): Contributed to the development and API integrations for doctor scheduling and healthcare booking applications.
- Click4Marry Matrimonial: Migrated legacy, unstable screen states to GetX state management, resolving frequent crashes, optimizing match filters, and delivering a stable production release.
- B2B & C2C E-Commerce Applications: Built clean, responsive shopping portals, inventory catalog synchronization, and cart workflows for retail apps.
- Salon & Service Scheduling Apps: Implemented booking calendars, service catalogs, and push notification appointment reminders.
- Wave (Amazon Affiliate Marketing): Rebuilt a custom affiliate marketing app for an extremely demanding client. Meeting their standards for minute shadow offsets and animation smoothness taught me the true value of perfection, delivery, and improvisation.
The Reality & Motivation: Many client projects here never launched due to client-management conflicts. It was tough seeing code shelved, but working on Wave changed my mindset. The client's strict standards taught me that coding isn't just about talent; it is about improvisation, execution, and perfection. I learned that if others can do it, of course I can too, and that true quality lies in delivery.
